I'm still here....

Posted 4 years 121 days ago ago by SuperUser Account

As the housing and financial recovery continues.  The tendency may be to forget about homeowners who are still struggling and are looking for options.  In addition, struggling homeowners will find fewer and fewer agents qualified to help, why?, because dealing with short sales and other pre-foreclosure alternatives is hard work, and in a growing industry it no longer reflects the majority or is the low hanging fruit, so agents will move on to options and deals that require less time but provide the same level of potential benefit.

So your question may be, why am I still sticking around?  Over the years that answer has become quite simple, It’s because that’s how I’m built.  We are each endowed with certain God given abilities and mine so happen to be the desire to help, service, patience, persistence, diligence, and empathy.  As I look back throughout my life my role has always been that of help and support and it’s where I find my greatest level of joy, whether it was helping my mom out around the house, tutoring kids in math, supporting the stars on my basketball teams by playing defense and getting them the ball so they could do their thing, teaching kids how to play the game of basketball, or serving and supporting my wife and children, I’ve found that when I’m helping, I’m realizing the potential that God has placed in me.

So please don’t suffer in silence, give me a call and let’s talk about any potential options you may have in coming out from underneath the current challenge that your property may be placing on your.  According to today’s statistic’s 1 in 5 owners are still underwater and may be struggling, it’s my goal to help the one.
